A "sexologist" and a homeless man are murdered, Clark drinks and womanizes after the suicide of his former girlfriend, and Sipowicz has a stalker.

At the end of the episode, Lt. Thomas Bale and Sipowicz bury the hatchet as Bale hands the squad over to Andy.
