Murali Perunelly is a member of Kerala Legislative Assembly from Manalur constituency, representing Communist Party of India (Marxist)[1]. He was born at Oorakam on 19 June 1950. His parents were T. Raghavan Nair, a freedom fighter and P. Malathy Amma[2]. He is a member of CPI (M) District Committee, Trissur and Kerala Karshaka Sangam Working Committee[2]. He has a bachelors in science degree and is an agriculturist.
