The seven municipalities of the former Eastern Uusimaa Region (Finnish: Itä-Uusimaa; Swedish: Östra Nyland) in Finland were divided on two sub-regions:
Loviisa Sub-region
- Lapinjärvi (Lappträsk)
- Loviisa (Lovisa)
Porvoo Sub-region
