Mona-Liisa Nousiainen, née Malvalehto, (born 20 July 1983 in Rovaniemi) is a Finnish cross country skier who has competed since 2001. Her best World Cup finish was first place in a sprint event in Liberec Czech Republic on 12 January 2013.
Malvalehto's best finish at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships was seventh in the sprint event at Oberstdorf in 2005.
In 1999 she won the Finnish Championship in accordion playing.
