Mita Hills Dam

Coordinates: 14°13′55″S 29°07′20″E / 14.231829°S 29.122092°E / -14.231829; 29.122092 Mita Hills Dam is an embankment dam with a hydroelectric power station and reservoir located near Kabwe, in the Central Province of Zambia.

It was built on the Lunsemfwa River, by the Anglo American Corporation in the 1950s to supply the Broken Hill Mine at Kabwe.

The reservoir is approximately 30 km long by 3-5 km wide. Bream dominate the fish species in the lake.
