The Miss Utah's Outstanding Teen competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the U.S. state of Utah in the Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant.

Axuray Talbot of Spanish Fork, Utah was crowned Miss Utah's Outstanding Teen on June 16, 2017. She competed for the title of Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2019 on July 28, 2018 in Orlando, Florida.
