The Miss Connecticut's Outstanding Teen competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the U.S. state of Connecticut in the Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant.

Morgan Mancini of Wolcott was crowned Miss Connecticut's Outstanding Teen 2018. She competed unsuccessfully for the title of Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2019 on July 28, 2018, in Orlando, Florida.
