The Miss Alaska's Outstanding Teen competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the U.S. state of Alaska in the Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant.

Jazzie Trotter of Eagle River was crowned Miss Alaska's Outstanding Teen on June 15, 2018. She competed in the Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2019 pageant on July 28, 2018 in Orlando, Florida where she received the Overall Instrumental Talent award. This makes her the first teen titleholder from Alaska to receive an award at the national level.
