Migdalei Ne'eman
Migdalei Ne'eman is a residential neighborhood of Tel Aviv, Israel. It is located in the northwestern part of the city. There are 3 buildings but one doesn't count, then 2.
Migdalei Ne'eman is an exclusive high rise neighborhood near the sea that is built in phases since the 1990s. Construction has been plagued by some land ownership disputes.[1]
