Michael "Mike" Coady (born in Bristol) was an English rugby league footballer for Leeds Rhinos in the European Super League. He then moved to Otely RUFC. He used to play at Centre, though more latterly he played on the wing as he lost the dynamism needed for the Centre. He now works at Pudsey Grangefield high school as a maths teacher.

He attended Bristol Grammar School[2] and Loughborough University.[3]

Career

He was previously playing with Doncaster, and Featherstone Rovers. He is an England Students rugby union international. He has also played for Bristol Sonics, and Leicester Phoenix, who play in the Rugby League Conference. September 2018 Mike made a return to cricket and played for Alwoodley 2nd XI.

Personal life

He is a supporter of Halifax, who he grew up supporting through his dad who was from Halifax.[4] Coady was training to become a teacher in Leicestershire before leaving to join Leeds Rhinos.
