Mesut Darendeli (born April 13, 1980) is a Turkish entrepreneur and the Chairman of Darendeli Holding, a technology group based in Istanbul, Turkey. He is also one of the general board members of Beşiktaş JK, a leading sports club based in Istanbul, Turkey. He is a frequent speaker at universities and public organizations on technology solutions and internet business strategies. He is also an investor and/or adviser for numerous companies including Rhxo Technology Group, Pikselsoft, Meridyen Kiosk, Turk Research Group, PikselLock, Mavi Nokta, Maraton Teknoloji and Ekonometri TV.

Mesut Darendeli holds more than 100 patents internationally in the area of data mining, predictive analytics, artificial intelligence and other complex networks.

Under Darendeli’s chairmanship, Darendeli Holding made several acquisitions in 2014 and started operations in the Middle East and Europe to form a new global business.

According to Istanbul Chamber of Commerce, Pikselsoft, one of the technology subsidiaries of Darendeli Holding, ranked in the top 10 technology companies of Turkey.

Biography

Darendeli grew up in Gaziantep, Turkey and attended Cukurova University and graduated with a major in Molecular Biology and Genetics. He went to Montclair State University for his M.B.A. and pursued PhD at Columbia University in New York. In 2004, he was appointed as CEO of Rhxo Technology Group, a leading technology provider located in New Jersey, USA. Serving 9 years as the chief executive officer of Rhxo, he became the President of the company.
