Matilda of Dendermonde (died 14 April 1224) was a Belgian noblewoman. She was a daughter of Walter II of Dendermonde and his wife, Adela of Buischeure. She was the heiress of Dendermonde and a peer of Flanders.

Matilda married twice. Her first husband was Gerard III of Grimbergen. This marriage remained childless.

Her second husband was William II of Béthune. Matilda and William II had three sons together:

  • Robert VII (d. 1248)
  • John (d. 1240)
  • William III (D. 1243)
