Maritime Trading Center

Maritime Trading Center (MTC) is a TV station in Constanţa, Romania. The station is financed by the Romanian Ministry of Transport. In 2002, it was the centre of a scandal when $10 million was discovered missing. The funds were intended for MTC's programs for the following years. Maritime Trading Center now has a small, minimal audience share, rate, and rating.
