Manzoor Ul Karim (Bengali: মঞ্জুরুল করিম) served as the Chief National Commissioner of the Bangladesh Scouts. He served as the Secretary of the Government of Bangladesh in various key ministries including Home Affairs, Communications, Information, Health, Civil Aviation And Tourism, Labor and Manpower . In 1990, he was awarded the 206th Bronze Wolf, the only distinction of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, awarded by the World Scout Committee for exceptional services to world Scouting.
