Manuel António Cardoso Leal (born April 7, 1983 in Pacos Ferreira) is a Portuguese professional road bicycle racer for Sporting / Tavira.[2] He made his Grand Tour debut in the 2010 Tour de France, but had to pull out after the Prologue due to injuries sustained in a crash.

Cardoso left Caja Rural–Seguros RGA at the end of the 2013 season, and joined Banco BIC–Carmim for the 2014 season.[2]
