Majakka
Majakka is a high-rise building currently being built in Kalasatama, Helsinki. When completed, it is the second tallest skyscraper in the Nordic countries. It is also going to be the first skyscraper in Finland.

The tower will rise up to 134 meters and it will be the tallest residential building in Finland. There will be 35 floors and the tower will be equipped with a party room for 50 persons. On the 5th floor, will be a garden open for all citizens. From the towers there will be a straight connection to the REDI shopping centre and the Kalasatama metro station. There are also 7 more residential towers and a hotel and offices being built. All towers are estimated to be ready in 2023.
