2011 boundaries
A by-election was held in Allington Ward following the death of Malcolm Robertson on 10 August 2012.[27][28]
All 4 of UKIP's councillors resigned from the party around 28 March 2018, and formed the Independent Maidstone party.[32]
Liberal Democrat councillor Richard Webb (Coxheath) was expelled from the party in March 2018.[33]
