Maghagha (Arabic: مغاغة, Egyptian Arabic: مغاغه) is city in Egypt, located on the west bank of the Nile. It is the most northern city in the Minya Governorate.

In May 1963, the ferry boat, Adel, capsized in Maghagha causing 206 casualties.
