MSI GuaranteedWeather, LLC is a weather risk management company based in Overland Park, Kansas. It began in 1999 as a subsidiary of Aquila, Inc. but since 2007 is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Co., Ltd.[1]
