Lucy Mecklenburgh is an English reality TV personality best known for the British ITV2 reality TV series The Only Way Is Essex, which she joined in 2010. She later appeared in Tumble and Tour de Celeb.[1][2][3]

Career

The Only Way Is Essex

Mecklenburgh became noticed as one of the cast members in the British ITV2 reality TV series, The Only Way is Essex, introduced as a girl dating Mark Wright.[4][5] She stayed on the show for three years.[6]

Other work

Mecklenburgh put her name to a clothing range for Pretty Little Thing and modelled in their advertisement.[7][8] She also put her name to a collection for Ellesse sportswear.[9] She opened her own shop called 'Lucy's Boutique'[10] and a fitness business named 'Results With Lucy', the first online personal training and nutrition website, with subscribers in the six figures.[11][12][13] and Get Fit With Lucy[14] She was announced in 2013 as a regular columnist for New! (magazine.[15] She is signed to Select modelling agency.[16] In 2016, she did a modelling campaign for Barry M.[17] Her book, Be Body Beautiful, was published by Penguin.[18]

Tumble

In 2014, Mecklenburgh also took part in the BBC One talent show Tumble with professional partner, Billy George.[19][20]

Personal life

Lucy's engagement to Mario Falcone ended in 2012.[21]

In mid 2017, she started dating Coronation Street star Ryan Thomas, they met taking part in Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls together.
