Llanarmon

Llanarmon could refer to one of several villages in Wales:

Meaning of the name

Llanarmon is Welsh for 'Church of St Garmon'. The additional parts of the name describe where it is for the purposes of differentiating between different Llanarmons. Each village is likely to be known locally simply as 'Llanarmon'.

There is some discussion over which saint the name refers to. Possibilities include Germanus of Auxerre and Garmon of Bardsey and the Isle of Man.[1]

The Welsh village of St Harmon is a variant on the same name.
