This is a list of Philippine Presidents by longevity, as of October 12, 2018. Two measures of the longevity are given - this allows for the differing number of leap days occurring within the lifespan of each President. The first column is the number of years the president lived, and the days after his or her last birthday. The second column breaks this number down into the total number of days lived by the president, accounting for leap days. The oldest living former president is Fidel V. Ramos (born March 18, 1928), who will tie Aguinaldo if he lives to February 2, 2023 and will outlive Aguinaldo if he lives past the aforementioned date.
