List of Marvel Comics mutates
Mutates in the fictional Marvel Universe are superhumans who acquired their superpowers by exposure to some mutagenic compound, energy or transformative magical influence (either accidentally or deliberately). Unlike Marvel's mutants, Marvel's mutates required external stimuli to acquire their powers.
