This is a list of Prime Ministers of Croatia since the first multi-party elections in 1990 ranked by the length of their combined terms in office.

Ivo Sanader was Croatia's longest-serving Prime Minister at 5 years, 195 days or 2022 days.
Zlatko Mateša was Croatia's second longest-serving Prime Minister at 4 years, 81 days or 1542 days and the longest-serving officeholder of the era of semi-presidentialism (1990-2000).
Zoran Milanović
