Lale or Laleh, is a Persian word meaning Tulip. Persian: لاله, IPA: [ˈɫale] or Lala (Russified version) which is also used as a feminine name in many countries besides Iran including Afghanistan and Turkey.
Lale is also a unisex name in Eleme Rivers State Nigeria, it's used mostly for second sons and daughters.
