Khokhar zer is a village of Chakwal District in the Punjab province of Pakistan, it is part of Chakwal Tehsil. It is located 18 KM South of Chakwal city.

There are two educational institutes in the village, a Government High school for girls and a Government High School for boys.
The village holds the basic health facility (Bunyadi Markz-e- Seht). There are two dams in the village. Knows as Khokhar Zer Dam & Surla Dam.
