Khardon Kalan is located in Shajapur district of MP, 65 kilometres (40 mi) from the capital of MP, Bhopal. Block Kalapipal is only 20 km, and a famous market mandi of Malwa, Shujalpur is only at a distance of 34 km (21.1 mi). The nearest highway is at 10 km (6.2 mi), NH-12 (Jaipur-Jabalpur), and the railway station is Kalapipal. Kashmir-e-Malwa Narsinghgarh is only at 35 km (21.7 mi) from here.
