Sarah and Karen Josephson (born January 10, 1964) are American competitors in synchronised swimming and Olympic champions.
They won gold medals in the Women's duet at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, and received silver medals in the same event at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul.[1][2] Sarah and Karen are twin sisters.
