Kali Charan Saraf
Kali Charan Saraf is a Member of the Legislative Assembly from Jaipur city of Rajasthan in India. He is a leader of Bharatiya Janata Party. He served as a minister in Raje ministry. He studied B Com from Commerce College and law from University Law College of University of Rajasthan. He is the Medical and Health, Medical and Health Services (ESI), Medical Education, Ayurveda & Indian Medical Methods minister (चिकित्सा मंत्री) of Rajasthan. He was President of university of Rajasthan.

He was a Student activism in his college days, and got elected as President of university of Rajasthan in 1974.
Controversies
Urinating in public
A picture of Kalicharan Saraf, urinating on a wall in Jaipur while his vehicle waits for him on the side has gone viral on the Internet.[1] While this news came to the fore as the Jaipur Municipal Corporation was working on bringing the city to the top on the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan chart, it is also illegal to urinate on the roads and violation of the law can result in the payment of a fine of Rs 200.
Corruption Charges
A Complaint of taking bribe was filed against Kalicharan Saraf and his son Vivek Saraf for recognition to nursing college.[2] A CD containing conversation between Vivek Saraf and other accused was submitted as proof.
