Juan Carlos Arias Acosta (born March 12, 1964) aka "Machete" is a cyclist and one-time Pan American Champion, who has raced in Tour de France, Italy among other major racing events. Juan Carlos Arias has been riding since 1982 out of Colombia S.A.
