Joseph James "Joe" Agius (Born March 10, 1992) is an Australian musician, singer and performer best known as the rhythm guitarist and frontman of the Brisbane based rock band The Creases which he founded in 2013. Agius has also filmed music videos for his partner Harriette Pillbeam's band Babaganoüj and Hatchie.
Early Life
Agius was born in Kingscliff in New South Wales, Australia and attended Lindisfarne Anglican School in Terranora where he graduated in 2004 from the junior school and 2009 from the senior school. Agius then moved to Brisbane in 2013 and formed The Creases shortly after.
Career
After forming The Creases in 2013, Agius also filmed several of Babaganoüj's music videos including "Love Loathe Love You" and "Can't Stop". Agius also filmed every single one of Hatchie's music videos, most recently "Bad Guy".
Personal Life
In 2013 Agius started dating Babagnoüj and Go Violets bassist, Harriette Pillbeam (later known as Hatchie). The two live together in Brisbane
