Louise-Jeanne Tiercelin de La Colleterie

Louise-Jeanne Tiercelin de La Colleterie (1746-1779), was a French noblewoman, mistress to Louis XV of France from 1762 to 1765. They had a son Benoît-Louis Le Duc (1764-1837). She reportedly amused the king with her frank ways. In contrast to most other mistresses of the king, she was not married afterwards, but lived as guest in a convent, and became known for her adventurous life style.
