Jastrabie pri Michalovciach (Slovak pronunciation: [ˈjastrabɪ̯ɛ pri ˈmixalɔʊ̯tsɪ̯ax]) is a village and municipality in Michalovce District in the Kosice Region of eastern Slovakia.
History
In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1337.
Geography
The village lies at an altitude of 104 metres and covers an area of 5.742 km². It has a population of 338 people.
Ethnicity
The population is about 99% Slovak in ethnicity.
Culture
The village has a small public library, a football pitch and a food store.
