He is a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-pace bowler and he made his debut before Dhoni. He currently coaches young aspiring cricketers in BHEL cricket ground Bhopal.He is highly respected in local cricket circles.He was first person from bhopal who has represented team India later Ajitesh Argal represented India in under 19.
