It was built on 25 hectares (62 acres) donated by the state government of Puebla and delivers high school, undergraduate and graduate courses.[1] It is located in the fastest growing zone of the city, the Angelopolis Zone.

The high School has 3 different programs: the Bilingual,The Multicultural and the International Program, following the guidelines of the IB.
