Issei Futamata (二又 一成, Futamata Issei, born March 15, 1955 in Misawa, Aomori) is a Japanese actor, voice actor and narrator. He is best known for the roles of Yusaku Godai (Maison Ikkoku), Chibi (Urusei Yatsura), Kiyoshi Shusse (High School! Kimengumi), Kinkotsuman (Kinnikuman), and Saburou (Sazae-san). He is a member of the Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society.
