Multiregional TransitTelecom (MTT) (Russian: OAO Межрегиональный ТранзитТелеком) is an open joint-stock company (OJSC) in the telecommunications business in Russia, founded in 1994 and based in Moscow, Russia. [1][2][3] This telecommunications business provides intercity and international communications services to telecom operators, for both corporate and private usage.

Services for this telecom include IP telephony, SMS transmission, virtual exchange solutions, national and international GPRS roaming, telematics solutions, data transmission, signaling, traffic routing, and transmission solutions. These uses are granted to small businesses, as well as banking sectors, service companies, and government organizations, among other things.

Ownership

The company was originally parented by the company FinTrust LLC. The company is headed by Chief Executive Officer Mr. Yevgeny Vasilyev.
