Ignacio Capuyan Soliba (6 March 1944 - 29 March 2016) was a Filipino Episcopalian bishop. He was Prime Bishop of the Episcopal Church in the Philippines from 1997 until his retirement in 2009, and he was also the second bishop of Northern Luzon from 1991 to 1997.
