Hyperolius discodactylus is a species of frogs in the family Hyperoliidae. It is more commonly known as the Albertine Rift reed frog.
It is found in Burundi, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, and Uganda. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests and rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss.
