Hung Yen University of Technology and Education (Vietnamese: Trường Đại học Sư phạm kỹ thuật Hưng Yên) is a government-funded university in Hưng Yên Province, Vietnam.

Hung Yen University of Technology and Education is a multi-campus university based in Hưng Yên others in Pho Noi and Hai Duong city, it offers multi-programs from undergraduate to post-graduate courses. With studying, teaching and research designed to meet employment and academic research requirements by nationwide institutions and businesses. History Hung Yen University of Technology and Education, formerly as School of Industry school of Ministry of Heavy Industry, was established on December 21, 1966 by decision No. 1265/BCNNg/KH's Ministry of heavy industry with its academic missions to train technicians of mechanical and automobile engineering. Decision No. 242/TTg dated December 3, 1970 by P.M and General Department of Technician Training (Ministry of Labor) authorized School of Vocational Teachers Training 1, with the task in training vocational teachers training and technicians for northern schools. School of Vocational Teachers Training 1 was recognized as College of Technical Teachers Training 1 on March 5, 1979 by P.M’s decision 80/Ttg. The college had been under management of Department of Vocational training since July 1987 The college was recognized as present- Hung Yen University of Technology and Education by Prime Minister (decision No. 04/2003/QD-TTg) on January 2003.
