Herale (Somali: Xeraale, Arabic: حراله) is a town situated in the central Galgaduud province of Somalia. the town primarily inhabited by Dir specially sub-clan of Abdallah Surre (clan). The city is located near the border of Ethiopia about 15km South and 40km West of Abudwaq.
