Helene Kirkegaard (born May 5, 1971) is a retired female Danish badminton player from Denmark. She competed at the 1996 Summer Olympics and 2000 Summer Olympics.
She competed at the 1995 IBF World Championships and won a silver medal in mixed doubles with Jens Eriksen and a bronze medal in women's doubles with Rikke Olsen.
