The Gulf Cup Winners' Cup is a proposed regional association football tournament. The tournament was announced in June 2016 and is supposed to be a yearly tournament alongside the GCC Champions League and Arabian Gulf Cup. The first edition is set for 2017 in Qatar.[1] It is organized by the Gulf Cup Federation (GCF), who was founded in 2016.
