Greg Knox (born September 10, 1963) from Rosebud, Texas is an American football coach. He is the running backs coach and special teams coordinator at the University of Florida. Knox served as the interim head football coach at the Mississippi State University for the final game of the 2017 season, leading the Mississippi State Bulldogs to a win in the 2017 TaxSlayer Bowl
