Grafton is an MBTA Commuter Rail station in Grafton, Massachusetts, United States. It serves the Framingham/Worcester Line. It is located near Tufts University's Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine in North Grafton. The station is fully handicapped accessible, with mini-high platforms serving both of the line's two tracks. Grafton station opened on February 23, 2000, the first of four infill stations added between Framingham and Worcester.[1]
