Glasgow Giants ARFC

The Greater Glasgow Giants ARFC is an Australian rules football club based in Glasgow, Scotland. The club was set up by Ross Thompson and a group of former Glasgow Sharks players in 2015. They are named after the GWS Giants of the AFL and wear their Guernseys whilst playing.

They finished second in their first two haggis cup tournaments (Scottish pre-season cup) and were grand finalists in the next two seasons of the AFL Scotland league, losing to the Edinburgh Bloods and Glasgow Sharks.

In 2017, the Giants won the premiership when they defeated the Kingdom Kangaroos.
