Gentian Stojku (born 27 July 1974) is an Albanian football midfielder who currently plays for KS Bylis Ballsh.

He started his career at KS Elbasani, and then played at Shkumbini Peqin, Elbasani for a second time, Erzgebirge Aue, Elbasani for a third time, KS Teuta Durrës, SC Pfullendorf, Elbasani for a fourth time, KS Egnatia Rrogozhinë, Shkumbini Peqin for a second time, Elbasani for a fifth time, KS Vllaznia Shkodër and KS Elbasani for a sixth time.

He won a cap for Albania in 1994.
