French ship Naïade
At least four ships of the French Navy have borne the name Naïade:
- French corvette Naïade (1793), launched in 1793 and captured by the Royal Navy in 1805 who renamed her HMS Melville. She was sold for breaking up in 1808
- French cruiser Naïade (1881), 3500 t wooden fregate launched in 1881
- French submarine Naïade (1904), a Naïade-class submarine launched in 1904 and stricken in 1914
- French submarine Naïade (1925), a Sirène-class submarine launched in 1925 and scuttled in 1942, subsequently salvaged and sunk in 1943
