Frank Neff Powell

Frank Neff Powell (born in Oregon was fifth bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Southwestern Virginia. He was consecrated on October 26, 1996. He retired in July 2013 after nearly seventeen years of ministry leading the Diocese.
