- Austral Líneas Aéreas Flight 901, BAC One-Eleven crash near Buenos Aires, on May 7 1981, 31 killed
- Aviateca Flight 901, Boeing 737-200 collision with San Vicente volcano, El Salvador, on 9 August 1995, 65 killed
- Scandinavian Airlines System Flight 901, DC-10 runway overshoot and excursion at John F. Kennedy Airport, on 28 February 1984, 177 survived, with 115 injured.
